Operate melt extrusion machinery for the production of synthetic fibers. Must be at least 18 years of age. Shift work assignments. Responsible people only. No experience is required. However, experience with plastic processes, other textile machinery or processes is helpful.

Mechanical/Chemical Engineer or Senior Technician:

Responsibilities will include:

• Melt Extrusion Process Development,
• Downstream textile process development,
• Quality Control System refinement and data analysis,
• Customer and Vendor Liaison,
• Process and Product procedure development and record keeping.

Maintenance Engineer:

• Maintenance Job Definition,
• Resource Allocation,
• Maintenance Records and Logs,
• Design, equipment development and vendor contact.
• Experience with Melt Extrusion and take-up Equipment is helpful.
